  • What are the modes of payment?

    Payments can be made through BDO bank deposit or PayPal.

    Full payment is required at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.

    Cash on delivery is not acceptable.

  • How would I know if my order went through?

    Orders will be processed once payment has been made and confirmed.

    Submitting your order is subject to CDF’s confirmation. An email confirmation of your order details will be sent to you to advise that your order is being processed. However, CDF is not bound to a confirmed order with you until the said email confirmation has been issued.

  • Can I get a refund once the order has been placed & confirmed?

    Since all of our arrangements are made-to-order, CDF cannot offer a refund on your purchase once the order has been confirmed.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    No cancellation of fully-paid orders and no cash refund.

  • Do you deliver?

    Current deliveries are within Metro Manila only.

    To ensure the success of delivery, complete & accurate delivery address of the intended recipient must be given by the client. Contact details of both the client/sender & recipient are required so that CDF can notify you in the event that any delivery problems arise

    In the event that a wrong delivery address was given, CDF will not be held liable.

  • What is the delivery method?

    CDF offers door-to-door deliveries within Metro Manila, from Mondays to Saturdays only.

  • What is the delivery schedule?

    Delivery hours are from 8am to 7pm (Philippine Time).

    Sender may indicate the preferred delivery time, which will be taken into consideration. However, CDF does not guarantee an exact delivery time, especially during Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day season.

    To ensure the success of delivery, complete & accurate delivery address of the intended recipient must be given by the client.  Contact details of both the client/sender & recipient are required so that CDF can notify you in the event that any delivery problems arise.

  • What if the recipient is at the given address is unavailable?

    CDF follows a strict 10-minute waiting time per delivery address.

    Due to the perishable nature of flowers, CDF cannot offer a refund or return when the recipient is unavailable during the agreed date and/or time of delivery.

    In the absence or unavailability of the recipient, CDF will have the order received by someone on his/her behalf (may include, but not limited to family/household members, security guard, receptionist, officemate, etc.)

    CDF may consider to deliver the product again after receipt of PHP 500 re-delivery fee.  In case that there is no response or action from the client within 2 hours, CDF reserves the right to dispose of the arrangement accordingly and forfeit the order.

  • What is considered a successful delivery?

    Delay or non-delivery due to incomplete delivery details is still considered as successful delivery by CDF.

    Refusal of the recipient to receive the order is still considered as successful delivery.

  • What is the lead time for orders?

    Minimum of 2 days.

  • Can I place rush orders?

    Yes, CDF accepts rush orders.  Take note that all rush orders are subject to product availability, delivery schedule and a corresponding fee.

  • Do you offer customized arrangements?

    Yes, CDF offers customized arrangements.  Take note that customized orders are subject to product availability.

  • How long will the flowers last?

    CDF provides a complementary care card with each arrangement. Follow the instructions properly, the fresh flowers could last days.

    The life span of each flower varies.  With proper care, most flowers will last for 3-7 days, fresh roses will last for 5-10 days.

  • Do you have a physical retail shop?

    No, CDF is an online flower shop.
