TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS

  1. Products shown on CDF’s website are available in Metro Manila, Philippines.

  2. All products are subject to availability.  CDF reserves the right to substitute any of the flowers, foliages, fillers, containers, wrappers, ribbons  and other pertinent materials without notice. The products used as substitutes will be of equal or of higher value than the original.

  3. Depending on the availability, the flowers delivered maybe partially or fully bloomed.

  4. The actual colors of the product may vary.  The colors represented on your screen serve only as a reference.

  5. CDF guarantees the freshness of the flowers.  Although natural discolorations on the petals of some flowers may occur.

PRICES

  1. Prices are in Philippine peso.

  2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  1. Payments can be made through BDO bank deposit or PayPal.

  1. Full payment is required at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.

  2. Cash on delivery is not acceptable.

  3. Orders will be processed once payment has been made and confirmed.

  4. Submitting your order is subject to CDF’s confirmation. An email confirmation of your order details will be sent to you to advise that your order is being processed.  However, CDF is not bound to a confirmed order with you until the said email confirmation has been issued.

DELIVERY

  1. Current deliveries are within Metro Manila only.  Delivery hours are from 8am to 7pm (Philippine Time).

  2. To ensure the success of delivery, complete & accurate delivery address of the intended recipient must be given by the client.  Contact details of both the client/sender & recipient are required so that CDF can notify you in the event that any delivery problems arise.

  3. Sender may indicate the preferred delivery time, which will be taken into consideration. However, CDF does not guarantee an exact delivery time, especially during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day.

  4. In the event that a wrong delivery address was given, CDF will not be held liable.

  5. To ensure the success of delivery, complete & accurate delivery address of the intended recipient must be given by the client.  Contact details of both the client/sender & recipient are required so that CDF can notify you in the event that any delivery problems arise.

CANCELLATION

  1. No cancellation of fully-paid orders and no cash refund.
